I feel sad for those car owners

I'm surfing to social media then this video gets my attention. There are so many bumps in our road that we can't see especially at night and the authorities must put something like a barrier or barricade to make them aware that there's something wrong on the road. From this picture, there's a small car wherein the driver didn't see a hole on the road that makes his/her car jump. I know there'll be damage especially her/his car is too small

We can't have a perfect road but it depends on how they let the drivers know the road situation, are there barriers?
