Arrived in Colorado

How’s it going? It’s actually day two of our “road trip” from Minneapolis to Estes Park, Colorado. We left early and arrived in Chamberlain, South Dakota and stayed there in a last minute motel and then after that drive through Badlands National Park, stopped at some scenic overlooks and then headed to Fort Collins, Colorado. We stopped in Wall Drug for half a minute and discovered there was a large pro-Trump horse parade. With tons of people. Yikes. So we just drove on. Tomorrow we will head over to Estes Park and check into our cabin. We noticed South Dakota and Wyoming didn’t really follow social distancing - hardly anyone seemed to be wearing masks even in public- but Colorado so far seems much more on par with what we are used to-wearing masks indoors and keeping distance from people.
