Blamed for no reason

Yesterday I came to know that a relative of mine was talking ill about me behind my back and was blaming me for the mess that was occuring in her life . I was shocked to know this. The person has no dignity and can go down to any limits. So there was no point in clarifications. I did not want to mess up things further. At present I think it is better to remain quiet and leave everything upon time and karma. What do you think about this? Have you faced such a thing in your life?

Let them to do what they want. If you not react and no reply then they will burn from inside. If things certainly go beyond limit then just cut relation if they cross their limit.

It does happen many times although I don't remember the incident. You should forget about it and not allow yourself affected by it.

You mean to say ignoring works the best in this case.

There is no pleasing everyone. I think there is atleast one person in a family that can not take blame upon themselves and must blame others. I think you did the right thing by ignoring it.

I guess she is trying to create a drama. It's wise to avoid and ignore her for now.

@amitkokiladitya For me, enough dealing with a drama queen once. I don't need another drama queen to deal with. It's tiring

AS long as you know that you have done nothing wrong then it's best to stay quiet about it. The truth will always come out. I used to have a friend whom I thought was my really good friend until she started back biting me and spreading news destroying my reputation. I stayed quiet. In the end, her friends whom she talked to about me, came to me and apologize for misjudging me and even told me everything.

Ignore not unless it already goes over the limit that it's breaking some of your laws then consider filing legal action

Sometimes it's better to be silent rather than giving clarification.. it is exhausting and time wasting .. I believe you are doing what you are suppose to be doing.. be happy and stay safe and healthy

Just ignore her and it's better not to talk to that person when you see her, just a way to know she has done something wrong without having to say it
