What do you do when you feel lonely?

I know all of us are experiencing this and some people might listen to music and dance, some may sing very loud since they feel alone or some may invite their friends to go to their house. If I'm in this situation, I rather think about what are the things that I can do to improve myself. It is one of the reasons why I'm here on my spare time.

If i feel sad or lonely really i dont think well and eat. I like to go to somewhere and be alone. Its hard to convince myself to persuade to become alright. Sadness is my greatest enemy. It takes time before i feel okay.

I turn on Netflix and watch a nice series or call someone from my circle of friends to see how they are doing. Having a drink in the pub is also nice to have contact with other people. No time to feel alone ;)
