Hold the grudge or forgive and move on

What is your attitude of dealing with people who hurt you. Do you keep lingering in with the bad they did and hold the grudge for life. Or do you simply forgive, forget and get back to normal?

Holding a grudge is like poison that will hurt you, It's better to let go, forgive and move on.

@amitkokiladitya if you feel like that, you may try to divert yourself on some other things like reading books, TV,...like that. what you say! Will it work?

Holding a grudge can mean more harm than good to you, but that doesn’t mean you sit around taking the verbal, or any other form of abuse either.

it's a simple thing that you cant do two things together. For you. if that person is important then forget your pain and if your pain is important then forget a person.

Well holding grudges is pointless. But me, nah, dont really forgive. Or forget I just get on with life and never ever give the person concerned another thought Why waste time even thinking about them, let alone hold a grudge. I wouldnt piss on someone like that to put the flames out if they were on fire. But I would not hold a grudge. They become NON PEOPLE.
