Kelly Preston has Died

I woke up to the very upsetting news that Kelly Preston, actress and wife of John Travolta, has passed away. Apparently she has been "silently" battling breast cancer for two years. She was 57.
Travolta must be devastated especially after losing their son Jett a few years back.
I can't help but wonder... Travolta is in Scientology where they are against any medication (one of the reasons Jett died). Was Kelly actually receiving treatment or just praying for healing?
My heart goes out to the Preston/Travolta families.

hmm news like this is not coming to my country because I think Travolta its not too famous in here.
Although years ago some of his ovies often played at the TV
Must be hard for Travolta for the loss

Surely his movies must have been seen there. Grease really boosted his career but he started on television in the 70's in comedy called "Welcome Back Kotter". His wife was also an actress though not of the same scale. She devoted more of her time to raising their family, though not completely out of the business.

Since Travolta is in Scientology I believe she stepped back and let him have the spotlight and it is possible she received no treatment for her cancer, which is why they kept it secret. She does have a lot of acting credits though.
