What is Rules Horror?

Rules Horror was born from NoSleep on reddit. It's a type of suggestive horror that is made using only a set of rules. You can expand on the rules if you'd like, but the beginning of the story always begins with the rules.
I wrote two Rules Horror stories yesterday and today I got a message asking if they could narrate my rules on youtube. I agreed.
Rules Horror usually features supernatural / paranormal themes. I find them fun to read and to write up as well. Sure, it doesn't really stretch my writing muscle too much, but atleast I am putting fingers to keys, right?

@Young_boy Your welcome. There may be other things under the paranormal category, but I think that most people use it to mean ghosts and for made up / legend things to be supernatural.

Well, does it involve ghosts? Paranormal. Does it involve vampires, werewolves etc? Supernatural.

What is NoSleep? I'm not sure I understand all of this.

NoSleep is a horror story subreddit where you are meant to suspend disbelief. Every story there is true even when it isn't.
There were a lot of RulesHorror type pieces on the NoSleep Subreddit (basically a forum on reddit.com) and then it was moved to it's own subreddit.

@LindaOHio I don't think you're dense. Is it the rules horror?
That is just a list of rules that get increasingly weirder or scarier. It might start off with "wash your hands thoroughly" or "clock in promptly each day" but then go for something like "Don't look in the mirrors in room 307, you won't like what's reflected back at you." Or "If you see a man who identifies himself as Dr. Andrews DO NOT let him into the operating theater."
It suggests there might be something in the room with you that can only be seen in a mirror, or that the doctor is something like Dr. Frankenstein.

Right, but it's not as scary as some others I've read.
