I am sure that Sterling Heights police officer Cameron Maciejewski will be rewarded by his superiors for his heroic act to save a three week old girl who was not breathing after she may have digested a particle of food that caused her to pass out. The parents of the three week old girl caused 911 on Thursday evening one hour before midnight to ask for help since the young girl stopped breathing. Officer Maciejewski arrived at the home of the choking victim where her parents were outside waiting for help. What impresses me a lot is how the police officer was calm in taking the little girl into his arms and tapped her several times in her back until the food particle fell out of her mouth. The Sterling Heights Fire Department then took the girl who took the girl to a local hospital to be checked out after her health scare before she will be returned to her parents who are grateful that a police officer saved the life of their daughter..

Thank goodness the baby was saved by him. I can't imagine how a 3 week old baby would have any solid food in her mouth. The parents need to be investigated.

I agree with you even what was inside her mouth that caused her to pass out was not mentioned if it was food or something else.

I am glad the baby was saved but a three week old should not have had any solid food in her mouth. What's up?

I have no idea what happened since the report did not say what caused the child to pass out.
