Do you use a site rotator for advertising?

I'm searching the internet for a good free or low-cost site rotator. Do you use any for your advertising or affiliate sites? If so-- can you recommend a good one? Im looking for a banner/link-free that shows my pages directly. I actually found a great one, that's ad-free-- but they throw in a huge catch... I have to refer 2 people before I can use the rotator. It's nearly impossible for me to refer a product I have no experience with! :(
