3 books that come to my mind are all fitness-related...
#1 Look Great Feel Great by Joyce Meyer
Although usually an Evangelist, her healthy lifestyle book contains many tips. She includes everything from taking water wherever you go to let God do the heavy lifting.
#2 The Ultimate Tea Diet by Mark "Dr. Tea" Ukra
Ukra's book teaches you to drink tea all day, whether green, black or white. Herbal tea is not allowed and neither is any sweetener. However, you can drink hot or chilled.
#3 Walk Away The Pounds by Leslie Sansone
Sansone walks you step by step throughout the book, easy at first then increasing. You jot down your beginning measurements then again at the end. In parts, she uses exercise bands, hand weights and the walk away belt, but you can do without. She simply wants you to move!

What about the book of "The Power of the Other" by Dr. Cloud. It's "the startling effect other people have on you, from the boardroom to the bedroom and beyond-and what to do about it." That's the book all about.
