Are there days when you suffer from fear, anxiety and stress? Do not let the symptoms get the best of you. All 3 cause the over-production of cortisol, causing the most dangerous fat...belly fat.
These are a few ways to lessen or stop from happening...
Get out the mental toolbox with coping skills!
*meditate
*take deep breaths
*visualize (go to your "happy" place in your mind)
*color
*journal
*listen to music
*read
*watch a funny show
*exercise
*pray
*cook
I am sure there are more coping skills, but atleast the ball is rolling.
