Whats the best financial advice you can give

Am the type of person who loves to spend a lot so most of the time i get money ...my money is always over with a click ..i can say my money life is a cycle broke rich broke rich...so my younger brother asked me how he can financially start up and i almost laughed it off so i told him i will explain everything tomorrow..whats the best financial advice to give him

I've always been a saver of money, even when I was a small child.
Hence, I've never been broke or in debt financially.
