When we heard that covid was in kenya like some months ago i had to vacate my home in nairobi and go to the rurals till it subsides ..today i woke up to the horror that two of our most popular celebrities are dead due to it not just that..the virus has reached my local area with two guys in hospital ....aint free anymore. Will have to stay indoors now for safety

That's awful! If you can, as much as possible, stay at home and stay safe. I don't view this virus any different from leprosy except that so far, a colony has not been created specifically for people who have been afflicted. But there is no denying that it is infectious and so everybody should do whatever they can to avoid becoming infected and infecting others.

@Brideen40 - When I watched the Oscar Awards on TV, I noticed that Tom Hanks was sick. He said he had a cold. He called it "the mother of all colds" or something like that. Of course he thought he had a cold. It turned out to be coronavirus and his wife was also infected. They survived. But you're right. This virus does not care who you are.

At first i didnt believe in it but now am even scared you know .. its killing even the prominent

@Brideen40 No, unfortunately.
My son and his wife were in Nairobi a couple of years ago to visit her father in the private hospital. He had a heart attack while on safari, then a stroke in the hospital.
