Oh, my! I LOST my PART-TIME JOB!!!

I had shared this good news last week. I got a part-time job and now, I don't have it. To cut it short, there is an unscheduled power outage yesterday. I wasn't able to contact them because it was an anticipated situation. This morning, when I'm about to do my job. I kept on receiving messages from the boss and the staff. I explained what had happened and they are refusing to accept it. Finally, I had enough and quit the job.
Can you handle being harassed by a company?

good for you to be the man to quit your job. of course we are in a pandemic and additional jobs are needed for life. but then, if an employer is like 'squeezing you down to the filthiest of the ground', i would also quit the job. i can still find another one. i also believe in your capability, kabsat, to have another on line job.

You did the right thing because no one has the right to harass anyone else and besides you had a good excuse for not contacting them,
