Afternoon exercise

I just finished my afternoon exercise which I do at home. Since lockdown first started, I have done it regularly. It is time to boost our immune system by getting enough sleep and exercise. Before, exercising was a lazy thing to do. But due to virus, I oblige myself to do some jogging and stretching. What form of exercise do you do?

I walk two miles every day. That is my exercise.

I also walk 2 time a day 40-45 mins in the morning and 40-45 mins in the evening. I go to office and come back from office by walking

I like walking too but since i live in .city and the air.is not.clean, i prefer to.jog inside the house.

Exercise is good anytime of the day. The virus causes serious complications in people who are unhealthy or have poor immunity.

@Janet357 yes the virus spreads thru air when someone with Covid sneezes, breathes out or coughs without a proper mask.

I having lot of personal work, so I don't have time to do exercises now. But doing regular exercises is really good Habit, it increases our immune system too. Keep going.

walking is also good. In your case, your place is much better than mine. air.there is.clean..here, when you go out, you will just take in polluted air.

@Janet357 Good for you for completing your afternoon exercise. I have been doing exercises for quite some time now and do them 3 times a day and I will be going back to a walking video I do online in the beginning of August. I used to walk a lot more before the virus and walk when I can now.

@Janet357 Thank you Janet. I want to keep the weight off so have to continue with my exercises and walking when I can. I do not ever want to be that fat person again. I hated it.

I'm happy for you :-) I like your determination. Like you, at first it was something I had to oblige myself to do ut since I started it a month ago, I look forward to it each day including Saturday & Sunday. I've been doing Walk at Home, I vary my workout/ exercise just so I don't get bored with it. I might go back to Billy Blank's TaeBo :-)

He has been doing a GREAT workout. It's a total body workout. You will really sweat . Guaranteed :-) I love Tae Bo because it's a combination of Taekwondo and Boxing. Check it out :-) Start with the basic ones 1st then gradually do the 30+ minute workouts or the 40+ minute then later on go for the 1hour workouts already :-) So much variety in his workout :-)

I tend to be very lazy but force myself to take a walk most days. I do a lot of gardening though.

Unfortunately, I can't do a lot of exercise because of my feet. I try to walk around my apartment or walk in place when I can.

Work mostly. I could/should at least stretch but I haven't started yet. If we can't do windows mic go for a while then maybe I'll do that it walk. If like to try riding my bike but for the it needs to be refurbished a bit.

Well you will have time for exercise. You are just busy with other things. But as long as you are active then you burn calories.
