Sunlight every Morning

July 23, 2020 1:08am CST
Every morning, I go out and stayed under the sun for about 15-20 minutes. Its been part of a daily routine as when we are lockdown, we cannot go outside for the past months. I was schocked to see my skin so pale and white. But nowadays, my color got back to its natural color. Does anyone do the morning routine too of getting the rays of light in the morning?

Your post would make sense to me if you mentioned on your account site where in the world you live. If I go out of the house every morning, I can't stay under the sun and get a tan because more often than not there is no sunshine.
