It's hard to believe that after only two years, these four inch size water proof cement had finally been removed..
What a waste of money to think this would have lasted longer than the last failed attempts.
Renovations had been more expensive than before.
Have a nice day

Gee, I wonder why the cement did not last long. Maybe the formula is wrong.

Hello @Alexandoy It was concluded that it was rushed and the water proofing didn't glued itself to the cement. Now this group is being thorough.

Sort of like here only last year they had all the pavement on the street dug up right near to us and yet they are doing it again no idea why exactly but they seem to be doing it better this time lets hope your renovation lasts longer too.

They could not have done a very good job ot it the same here too and we are all hoping that what they do this time round does not have to be done again as the holes they have dug are really deep.
Maybe yours will hold out better also fingers crossed.

@lovinangelsinstead21 Sadly, we were always wrong timing as well. Because renovations like these should have been done during summer not rainy season. But Grandma was still alive back then.

Hello @lovinangelsinstead21 From my count it's been renovated more than four times already and it sucks because we could have spent it on making another roof instead of this.

Renovations can be a big bomb on our pocket. Also if they do not last long, it is an added pain. Sorry about that.

Sometimes renovation costs are more expensive because they occur beyond the initial estimate.
