Yesterday was a difficult day, but there was something to be thankful for. I was thankful to be in the pool. The hot tub was out of commission for not enough chlorine, but I still had a great workout in the pool. I was thankful for the time I was here yesterday interacting with you. I was thankful for achieving all my fitness goals. Here are the numbers for yesterday's food and fitness. Food Total Macros: Calories: 1460 Sugar: 68.1 Carbs: 149.8 Protein: 92.1 Sodium: 806 Fat: 61.8 Potassium: 3142.5 Fitness Steps: 15,891 Miles: 5.99 Activity/Exercise: 93 Water: 3 Bottles Calories burned: 2362 Total calories: -902 Weight: 186 All things considered, it was a good day yesterday. What are you thankful for and how did you do with food and exercise? I need to leave to do laundry. I'll be back later to interact. Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

My only exercise yesterday was going up and down the stairs because i had to, lol. I think I'll start exercising in front of the TV while watching the retro soap opera, though. I had been doing that for a little while with my little weights and elastic thingy trying to firm up my arms, but got lazy and quit. You know what, though? You and some others here at myLot are inspirational. I'll do that today and add some other exercises slowly. I definitely shouldn't let myself get as out of shape as I do. It's not healthy to be so lazy. I should do laundry today too. It's a dark day that should be nice and cool for getting things accomplished. I have the front door and all the windows open. The air feels so nice and fresh after last night's rain. I didn't hear the rain, I just saw that everything is wet. I'm glad you found the good in yesterday in spite of one bad experience. It's important for sure.

I hope you get the exercise while watching TV. That's when I get the majority of my exercise besides the pool or walking if it's nice. I love the fresh air after the rain. It's the best time to open the doors and windows.

@just4him Saturday morning now. Took a walk (at a distance) with my son and one of his dogs. Rained again yesterday and overnight. Thunderstorms. The air felt great, wonderful break in the middle of summer. I did do the laundry yesterday and a little bit of my exercises but I'm pretty slow till I try to get into a routine and build up a little. You are setting a good example for us myLotters

Great job with your food and fitness. I should be doing something about losing weight, which I will after we move.

I hope the move goes well. Moving is an exercise in itself. I think you use every muscle group.

@just4him I'm sure it will, I can't do too much but I will help as much as I can. I was actually talking about going on a diet after I move.

@gr8nana6 That's how I did it. It was impossible to diet while my son lived with me.

Walking exercise is fine. I completed 18,622 steps for 13.37 kilometers. It is about 8.31 miles.
