I’m all for being safe, and keeping others safe from Covid 19, but I have an issue when violent criminals are being released back onto the street. We have had several inmates released up here, but I’ve heard of cases of violent criminals being released.
I certainly hope they don’t release the punks that killed my nieces/daughters/Aunt.
Dio is the one on the right, in the solid black top....

Yes it is maddening though, we have to find a better way to deal with the violent criminals..

It could be, but I’m talking about murders, rapists, Child Molesters, violent criminals being released, that scares me.

@Michellekidwell the police must act decisively to overcome this problem so that there is a deterrent effect for others

That is the worst thing they do and the criminals will just go back to committing more crimes. They should all be isolated somewhere far away from everyone.

@Michellekidwell It's making me wonder, too. I heard they were releasing prisoners, not thought only nonviolent ones were being released.

It scares me too, thankfully it hasn’t happened with Dio’s murderers, but it does make me wonder...

It is a shame that some foolish politicians allow criminals to roam the streets in the name of protection from the illness.

I don't understand it . . . but they say it is to make the prisons less crowded so they can social distance to slow the spread of the virus? That almost makes no sense . . . then why are they trying to get kids back into the sardine can classrooms
? They need better solutions than just to simply let them go free like this.

I doubt that those would be the type that they would release.
