What are the symptoms of an unhealthy heart?

You might be surprised if I am not asking the medical symptoms of having an unhealthy heart. As a matter of fact, I am referring to people who are loving two persons in their lives. To make it clear, people that cannot be contented in loving one partner.
I am not generalizing the statement. I am in gender equality with this matter.
Do you think they have an unhealthy heart?

There are people that can love two others at the same time.
I think that they just need them in their lives just as they are.
Of course that does not last forever one of them will get fed up in the finish and leave and end of story.

Its a good thought and I guess us being human we really never know what can happen next for us in the sense of love.
I for myself have only ever really loved one man and all the rest sort of but not really the spark was not there.

yes. such back stabing relationship do exist but won't survive for long.

Sometimes, they are not sure where their heart should settle. I can't say they have unhealthy hearts. Sometimes it is the mind that loves. Interesting
