Nope, I'm not a bully, and I was never been bullied either=) As for those kids who loves to bully others, yup, I agree. They're COWARDS. they don't pick on kids that they know can defend themselves, they always choose those who are smaller or like in your story, handicapped children so that they can do pretty much what they want. For me, these children should be taught a lesson, I don't know how but I think schools should come up with something that will punish these unruly people!
