Stress? or Burnout?

Controlling things that are beyond our control can lead to these two category, so if things are bound to happen it will, days are still coming so is mercy! Therefore today, let us learn to let go and let God ^_^

Yes, though there is a thin line between stress or burnout ^_^ Burnout is the accumulation of unchecked and built up stress over a period of time. Think of burnout as the larger, meaner, older brother of stress. It requires stress to exist, but you can have stress without being burnt out. ----credits to doctorondemand's blog

Amen! Found in bible Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose." Even the things we thought are mean't to harm us God would turn it for good!
