Without mobile and internet

Today is so tiring for me, I have to finish my college and research assignments, so that I can't use my cellphone let alone the internet. but tonight I forced myself to use my cellphone and internet. Have you ever been in a day or even a week without cellphone and internet?

Maybe I did that when I went on some kind of camp activities back in college days Maybe you can try my tips by the way I used to scroll FB an IG very often, and then I realized rather than seeing my friends, I often see toxic comment everywhere, thats where I decide to stop FB (I still do IG) , My phone can uninstall FB

yes you're absolutely right, I've done it, even I've uninstalled IG too. and that I should have been able to spend the whole day without a smartphone and focus on my research

ever and often also without internet and handphone. but it only lasted a day or two because a distant family forced me to continue to communicate. It is impossible for me to cut off communication with them
