I Got the Parcel and It's Too Long to be Delivered

As the usual routine, I am going to hit the sack for this afternoon. The good thing is that I received the parcel sent by my sister though JRS Express. Guess what? It took an exact 2 weeks before I can have it and too many alibis when following up. In fact, it's too frustrating at the same time. Is this the normal way of delivering parcel now? yes deliveries during the Pandemic is quiet delayed and are usually held up at various checkpost for checks and sample testing formalities for drivers and other logistics staff.

I also think about it. As they transport the parcels, they will need to pass through numerous checkpoints.

Life has become a little screwed up as far as online shopping or deliveries are concerned. Looks like we have to get used to this until we can beat the virus with a vaccine.

@Shavkat Yes. Here in my city, I can't even order anything online other than essentials. This virus is testing our patience to the core.

I agree. Well, I guess it is better to wait than nothing to be received.

I think we also need to consider how far the sender is. I agree on that matter.
