After the lockdown, my company is starting to be good at solving math problems.
It is not that difficult because they will just do adding and subtracting the hard money of virtual teachers.
It is a form of greediness, my fellow myLotters.
I am just taking this issue lightly. To compensate for the deducted penalty, I need to be here and there.
Is this a sign of bankruptcy?
Are you good at solving math problems?

I think maybe they were trying to pay less during lockdown and maybe now they have enough to add

That isn't a hood sign at all. Try looking forward for some other place

I don't understand why they would have to reduce the pay for online teaching...?? I think it's one of the industries flourishing more than ever now!

@Shavkat Oh so what you mean is that instead of positive reinforcement, now they're using negative reinforcement technique to make you work more. That could be very demotivating especially for someone who had experienced the pleasures of getting incentives.

It's not a good sign when a company seems to be trying to do more Math than usual.
