My Company is Good at Adding and Subtracting

After the lockdown, my company is starting to be good at solving math problems. It is not that difficult because they will just do adding and subtracting the hard money of virtual teachers. It is a form of greediness, my fellow myLotters. I am just taking this issue lightly. To compensate for the deducted penalty, I need to be here and there. Is this a sign of bankruptcy? Are you good at solving math problems? Image Credit: encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com

I think maybe they were trying to pay less during lockdown and maybe now they have enough to add

They have been cheating us for so many times, my friend. I cannot explain that much because it is a long story. I am sharing bits of issues in my company.

That doesn't sound good at all. I hope it's not a sign of the times!

That's what I am thinking. I hope it will not go to that situation.

Our School secretary is seriously at it. I can see him doing it from my window. He has deducted 30 percent of our monthly income from April 2020.

I don't understand why they would have to reduce the pay for online teaching...?? I think it's one of the industries flourishing more than ever now!

Actually, they are just imposing penalties. These penalties are being deducted. They removed the old ways of having incentives and created a new one, which is not good in the virtual teachers' part.

@Shavkat Oh so what you mean is that instead of positive reinforcement, now they're using negative reinforcement technique to make you work more. That could be very demotivating especially for someone who had experienced the pleasures of getting incentives.

It's not a good sign when a company seems to be trying to do more Math than usual.

They started doing this in early March. I am not sure if they are having cost-cutting.
