What you do when you commit mistake at office?

Mistake can by done by anyone but someone try to hide it and few are ready to accept. I always try very hard myself not to fell into mistake hole but someday it commited but I accept it and ready to face the consequences. How you deal with such condition.

Thank God I have never made big mistakes but if I had done I would take the responsibility of it.

If mistake occurred by me then I prepare to face those results. Don't hide behind those. Just face my friend.
