Surfing the internet

I have heard people saying they like surfing the internet. I wonder what do they look for. I use Google only when I need to know about something. I can't jist randomly keep looking around and then find something worth watching. Can you surf the internet without anything specific on your mind?

Hehe yes.. i ever. Kill my time when im bored. But lately i even have no spare time . Still adjust my daily activities due to online teaching
