Third brother flew to UK last midnight!

My big brother R arrived in the capital city on the night of Saturday, had himself checked in at a hotel near the airport, and ate his dinner in a nearby KFC food store. Last 29th in the morning, as we expected, my 1st (G) and 2nd (E) oldest brothers went to see my 3rd brother (R) check out of the hotel, and waited for the time my nurse-brother (R) entered the departure area last night; roughly several hours before he went in the departure area. There was social distancing, so my sister chatted with my oldest brother (G) without my 3rd brother (R). Sister and R talked when my brother was already in the plane at midnight. He said it was fortunate he left before August 1 because there was a new directive again that persons leaving for abroad have to self-quarantine for 3 days if suspected of having the virus. I am glad my brother left for UK already. We however were not able to achieve one of our goals and that was to see the comet. I jokingly told him though, that when they are up there in the sky, he should be alert or awake at dawn, and see the comet at the eastern part. I believe that should be the site where Neowise can be seen. Western horizon at dusk, eastern when at dawn. Right now, we are expected a call from him from UK. My sister is once again, so intense in hoping my brother will chat with her at once. I told her that Manong R might need to rest a bit and call his supervisor in the hospital and ask for his duty. "Not all that you expect for, will be granted".
