The days are long and all I could think about is what sandwich can I make this time. I’m always hungry and I need something quick to eat at times because I have a newborn to take care of and toddlers to watch. Yes! I have a handful of kids to watch and I just need food to get by.
So I thought of making egg sandwiches since I love it so much. I just make a basic egg sandwich without any additional celery or what not.
I want to know how do you make your egg sandwiches. Because I am pretty sure some have different ways of making one. What are your ingredients for yours?

I have my own version. I prepare omelet first and use it in the bread slice which is first toasted on the stove and add onions and tomatoes too

I make the basic one and then if I want to add anything to it like celery, mustard, or even hot sauce, I take a portion of it and add whatever I want to add. By doing this, I get to add different flavors to my egg sandwich.

Does it really taste better with celery? I find it weird to add it since I only eat celery on its own and eat it with sour cream.

Well to each their own. Some may like it just sunny side up while I love it hard boiled with mayo on bread

@sublime03 I see. Then those boiled eggs are sliced like tomatoes.

I do that with tuna as well but my twist to that is I add cheese to it.
