Rainy days make me sleepy

I drank a cup of coffee after lunch to keep me up but it did not do any wonder today. No effect at all. All I want is to sleep all day as the weather is cold. Am just wondering about those who live in cold countries, do you guys tend to sleep a lot during winter?

Rainy days can do that to many. I know I just want to relax and maybe take a nap, when it rains. It feels like a good time for it.
