Who does not love Richard Simmons? He is hilarious, motivating, inspiring and uplifting. He does not care what you look like. He just wants you, I guess, to move and eat healthy!
I was searching through my watch later list and came across this Richard Simmons workout. It is really cute. The annoying part? Ads interrupt one. But, it is a workout and a free workout! I guess I should not complain.

OMG, I haven't thought of Richard Simmons in years. I certainly remember his tiny little shorts and laughing my butt off first time I saw him. Gotta give him credit though, this guy is genuinely a dynamo with a heart bigger than himself.
