Lately I often experience health problems in the form of runny nose every time I wake up, especially when the weather is very cold. Sometimes accompanied by coughing. It's just that these symptoms often disappear on their own during the day when the weather is warm. Do you have a solution to my problem ?

Yes, my nose runs when it's too cool, too. That's a form of rhinitis.

Maybe it was rhinitis, because in my room I was often inhabited by two of my niece's cats. I often find a lot of fur on the mattress.

@Babale You could be allergic to the cats.

@DianneN Most likely, maybe I should clean my bed more often every day.

For some reason, my nose dries out when I am sleeping. Once I wake up and move around, I have the sniffles for a while.

@Babale I don't know but it's usually every morning. In the winter, it makes me sneeze a lot.

That also makes perfect sense. In our country will soon enter the rainy season.

I'm glad this is normal. Fear that I have contracted Covid-19.
