A festival between brothers and sisters huh? Sounds interesting. Are siblings supposed to exchange gifts in this festival?

Thanks your for the info. This festival sure is interesting. But what if the parents only have two male children? Guess they will skip the festival then?

Never even heard of it but do not feel bad because not a religious person, but always try to respect other people's culture, no celebration here other than celebrating with the spirit of your post and I always respect that.

In this image you see a trend with decorating, this is known as Rakhi. This trend sisters tie to their brothers for long live. So brothers wishes their sisters with gifts as a blessings lol. It increases bonding of brothers and sisters. In India we celebrate every year.

It sucks when there's a festival event and this pandemic ruined it again. I couldn't imagine being quarantined this coming Xmas, come on. Hope you had a great time even though you didn't meet personally.
