hi,
exercise is very very important to all people.but according to me,doing yoga is the good and best excersies that going to gym.because,while we are going to gym,we should do regularly.if,we stop gym,then we will put over weight.but in yoga,we can get only good.it will not happen anything even if we leave.particulaarly,in yoga,pranayamam,is most impotant.even,if we dont do the other in yoga,we can do pranayamam alone.this is very good breathing excersise.
