Hey everyone!
It's almost 10 pm here. My day has been productive today. I have an exam coming and I'm working hard for it. I hope it turns out to be good. I have started doing plank from yesterday and I'm back on my diet check and workout schedule. I hope I keep on continuing this. Consistency matters a lot. I'm doing plank after a very longtime and I'm increasing the time also gradually. It is tough in the beginning.
I feel thankful for the targets I completed, workout I did, and diet I kept a check on.
What are you thankful so far this Wednesday?
