There is always a way out!

What I am trying to say is, there is always a way out for some government officials to reason out their errors as regards mismanagement of policies and the like. Just a few days ago, one official of our Philippine Health Insurance Corporation revealed of massive graft and corruption in the agency. He is also receiving death threats because of his revelation. The affected officials seem to be relaxed and not doing anything to clear their names. Their way out? The president of our country said in the news online today (according to the spokesman), that 'heads will roll'. Problem again is, these officials have their reasons ready why they should not be involved in such issues. Poor whistle-blower has to be kept safe because of threats, while those involved still walk without any scare at all. Just like the Secretary of Health staying in his post despite calls for his ouster, is still in office, I doubt if the 'rolling of heads' will really happen.

unfortunately, our country also has its politicians practicing that. they steal money from the people for their own pockets to be filled.

Corruption become an integral part of Government organisation, from bottom to top all are indulging in it to fulfill their desire.

Rolling heads only happen for junior staff. They are often the scapegoat for the senior officers whom are in trouble.
