You have trouble, when you have back pain. Sometimes I just sat around all day.

@amitkokiladitya Walking and bending forward at the waist. This will help relieve the pain. Sitting makes the back hurt!

It is better than it was yesterday. The back is still stiff but I'm sure it will gradually get away as I will move
