Local police officer assists a Good Samaritan rescue a man trapped in a river

A Good Samaritan needed an assist from an Algonquin Lake in the Hills police officer to help him rescue a man who was in the Fox River on Friday evening. How did the man fall into the Fox River in Algonquin Illinois which is near Chicago is being investigated by the authorities. What matters is that a Good Samaritan called 911 to report the incident to the local police who sent two officers to the scene of the incident when one of the police officers assisted the Good Samaritan to save the man who was in the Fox River to safety. The man who was in the Fox River was taken to a local hospital where is in serious condition after his brush with death in the river. I am sure that both the police officer and the Good Samaritan will receive rewards from city officials for saving a life of a man who nearly drowned in the Fox river on Friday evening.
