I’m success holding myself not to eat snacks

Last night I was craving for savoury snacks, I’m on diet so I decided not to eat any snacks at night. But hold your will is extremely hard, there are so many times that I want buy a snacks. Last night I decided to sleep early so I forget with the snacks, glad it was success. I’m not eating any snacks last night

That’s good you could sleep. Normally if I feel hungry or need a snack I get one but try to be on the healthy side like eating fruit or a veggie or even some times a yogurt instead.

@sherlysherly I can’t force myself to sleep if I’m hungry. I can’t it just gets harder. Also taking sleeping bills to help stay asleep. My allergy meds make me really sleep so all together as long as I’m not hungry I can sleep. Or have to use the bathroom.

I always had snacks every time i feel hungry again.but after I ate I always drink Apple cider vinegar for at least 2 teaspoons, 4 spoons of water and a lemon. I drink it only at night but i prefer u drink it on morning
