Mental health awareness is no joke. It can lead to death, sickness and suicidal tendency. Being aware of our surroundings specially the virus around makes our head full of information. Here are some tips to have a healthy mentality:
1. Associate with people you love and love you more than you know without breaking safety protocols.
2. Stay away from negative people.
3. Try watching funny segments and comedies with lesson.
4. Drink tea/milk before bed.
5. Start being optimistic.
6. Be physically fit even at home.
7. Read uplifting books,messages, blogs and bible.
8. Most of all, draw near to God. Pray harder.

Yes thanks for the nice tips. It's very difficult for people who are still inside lockdown because these are mostly filled with negative vibes
