You can find Part 3 below: After several months of investigating the case with no real suspects, they finally get a break from an unlikely source, Marcus "Roberts Attorney" calls and tells them he has information that will blow the Case wide open and he can't live with himself anymore by keeping it quiet. A very distraught Marcus comes to the station with some unbelievable information implicating Elisabeth and also himself in the course of the events. He goes on to tell them of the wild plan Elisabeth hatched to get her husband murdered and collecting his by now two million five hundred thousand dollars with the double indemnity. He proceeds to tell them that Elisabeth had gotten her twin brother Eric involved in murdering Robert promising him $50.000 dollars after the deed was done. He says that he had called Elisabeth (whom he had a torrid affair with for months) as soon as Robert left and telling her that Robert had gotten another policy and also that he took her name off, naming his daughters as beneficiaries. Elisabeth was furious and promptly came to his office telling him they have to do something right away. He admits to forging the papers and putting her name back on as beneficiary, after she persuaded him in her vixen ways . She immediately put her plan into action by calling Eric from his office to get rid of Robert once and for all. There was no time to lose. She tells him where to find the spare key Robert had hidden for his daughter's to get in. Elisabeth thought she had the perfect Alibi by inviting Nancy and Robert's daughters to dinner. Marcus tells them that Eric waited for Robert as he was in the shower and shot him in the back as he emerged from the bathroom and then another shot close range into the back of his head. After only 3 hours of deliberation, the Jury found Elisabeth and Eric guilty of 1st degree murder and each got life in prison without the possibility of parole. For the premeditated murder of Robert, Marcus received 10 years for his involvement in this heinous crime. By then Elisabeth had spent all of the insurance money and also sold her and Robert's home, but Jennifer and Nadine don't care. Robert had the foresight to will the Condo to his daughter's, where they are now living with their mother. The End!
