Busy And Accomplished Monday

I haven't accomplished any major thing but it was nice to complete some of the pending works which were making me feel uneasy to breath at times and it's turning out to be a very busy Monday and just now got free to be here and will be having lunch in around 30 minutes or so. Lunch will be with Chapattis Masur Sabat dal, couldn't find the English word for it but it's one of the lentils or the pulses. How is your Monday and what are you planning lunch?

That masoor saboot dal tastes so good with chapati especially when you put a good amount of onion and garlic in tadka with ghee. I guess I got my menu for lunch on one of the coming days.
