Exploring mother country makes us much more familiar of local beauty and culture. If you cant yet travel abroad,find way to travel locally at least you give yourself a vacation. But i hope to everyone else can travel where they wanted to travel.
Hope you come and visit Philippines,there soo much to show here that is jaw dropping. Specially you travel with your love one. Its much more special.

At first I had visions of an unfortunate lady tied up with twine by a machine while her children weep and wail for her. Then I nearly choked laughing when I read the rest and realised that "Baler" is a province in the Philippines and that "Mother Falls" is the name of a very impressive waterfall near the village of Ditumabo!
I would love to visit the Philippines because there is so much to see and, I am told, the people are very friendly. Sadly, I can no longer fly so it's not going to happen!

@Overflowing I am too old, LOL and have a condition which makes it dangerous to fly for various reasons.

I totally agree that is it worth exploring your own country. I live in the United Kingdom and so I am close to lots of other European countries. I know of cheap ways to travel and like to buy one way flights to be able to see more places. Like in 2018 I visited the Philippines. I got to on a trip Istanbul, Mumbai to Chennai, Colombo, Kuala Lumpur, Cebu, Singapore and back to London.

@Overflowing It is great you have some travel promotions. If you need a visa to visit a country then it adds to the price. European countries have budget airlines traveling between them. Distances are short so the prices are affordable.

Europeans has a lot of ways to travel cheap,but here traveling abroad with so much destination is kinda expensive depends on what country..but we do have a lot of travel agaencies offers promo

I bet the water's cold? My first time visiting a place with waterfalls is in Tinago, Iligan City.

Yes it is and since it was very cold i didnt swim its slightly raining at the same time
