What Are The Things In Your House You Think is Worth to Invest?

As we start to build our new home and start our own family, budget are so tight on things what to buy and what are not. As a baker im investing my salary in my specialty on baking tools and my husband on bar equipments. The others we share together as couple.
How about you what do you invest you think is worth it? or some are just for leisure or kinda collection? or just wanna spend because we have the ability already to buy things we can't buy before?

We sit together and take decision on what next we need. Some things are for need, a few for collections and luxuries if we think we can afford it. We save for it.
