Is Education at stake?

One of the most affected by Covid 19 aside from health sector is the Education..
Being in Philippines, a 3rd world country, I admit that we lack, like a lot of materials and facilities to conduct or continue education fully operated without looking every inch of possibilities if the stakeholders could afford it..
As an example of this proposed education system is thru online classes.. It is indeed a good thing, because you do not need to go to the school, less contact with people, less chance to get the virus.. But, what about the poor who can't even afford to buy these Phones, gadgets and Internet provider. What about those students who are located in remote areas with no signal, sometime even no electricity? Are they going to suffer or perhaps postpone their education because of these?
Another one is A modular form where in the teacher/school provides module and let the students study it.. It is quite good to.. But come to think of it? Some student are not as fast learner as other, some are moderate and some are in need of a serious teaching.. But how would this happen if the teacher can't explain what was the student's question in mind..
The third one is Face to Face with 50% student's attendance.. This is much better, but there is also things need to be consider, what about those who live like in the other side of the province, where in our case.. They are not allowed to cross provinces easily.
Last question is How about those unprivilege to have gadgets, no intermet connection, from the other side of the province and need a serious teaching from teachers? What about these people?
I really hope the Government should find a plan that will be suitable enough and give the needs of those who wanted to learn

@Hanbinandaeyo that's the same as not having plans. No difference at all because the government basically have no results to show for.
