Did You Ever Experienced Declined Payment While Making An online Transaction and how much time it took to refund your money?

These days it's best to pay online for most of the things and of course if the payment is a very small one then we can pay by cash but many people still like to pay online and that's fine and due to this higher dependency many times payments get declined due to one reason or the other. Have this ever happened to you? How many days it took you to get your money back?

It depends on platforms lol. In Amazon we get back with in hour, but in any other platform it take long time nearly one week also.

I pay my all electricity, water, broadband bills online but no problems there. It is much better than standing in long queues which we had to do earlier.

@Butterfingers That wa a common occurrence in mobile recharge. We used to do the mobile recharge before and failed transactions were a great problem in recovering the money. Some times we used loose on account of that. We therefore discontinued that recharge business.

It depends on company policy that when they agreed to refund. Read there FAQ for more information. Or call them

Yes payment can get declined if there is no response from the bank end or there is insufficient balance or the otp was wrongly entered or the transaction was timed out or your refreshed your web browser or internet connectivity issue . The money will be refunded if it has been debited from your account.

I ever experienced that! I was so scared. But luckily when there's an error, they didn't took any money yet. Eh wait, you mean the other party online and purposely declined it, or was it because of the error and accidentally declined it?
