Strengthening our back.

Backpain a common complain for most people. We are not designed to sit for long hours But we are doing it most of the time. Some studies revealed that sitting long hours can as bad ad smoking cigarettes. As a result of it, our back gets stressed and we experience back pain. Do you get back pain? What do you do to strengthen your back?

I've hurt my back at times, but walking and yoga have helped to make it stronger.

Lately my back hurts sometimes, I didn't workout during summer and I need to go back to my exercise routine.

I'm doing a lot of walking. I move around a lot to keep my back from becoming stressed with too much sitting.

Yup, that's true that sit for long hours could lead to osteoporosis. That happens to sedentary people including those who works in office.
