Strengthening our back.

Backpain a common complain for most people. We are not designed to sit for long hours But we are doing it most of the time.
Some studies revealed that sitting long hours can as bad ad smoking cigarettes. As a result of it, our back gets stressed and we experience back pain.
Do you get back pain? What do you do to strengthen your back?

@ExplorewtMe I too have that mindset so I don't dare to sit long hours anymore. I must get up and stretch at least
