Submarine out of the sea

I just saw a news about submarine which belong to china. I think technically it is right that all submarine is in the sea/ocean, because we dont have other place for hiding it.

Looks like China is trying to hide it's submarine in the sea. But it's difficult to hide under sea for long time as there is every possibility of being detected by military satellites and ships with powerful sonar detectors
