I once ate 5 pieces of spicy fried chicken for dinner. So I woke up in the middle of the night feeling my stomach burning hot. I felt uncomfortable and couldn't sleep.

Possibly it's something you're eating that is causing your stomach upsets. I doubt your stomach gets an infection.
You can keep a journal of your meals and then note when your stomach bothers you. You may also need to try certain ingredients alone to find the culprit.
A lot of people here love spicy foods and eventually that will cause stomach problems and even ulcers. Discovering which foods to stay away from will make all the difference in the world.
