Processed foods - I know they are unhealthy, but I just can't quit some of them..

Processed foods taste really good, but they contain high amounts of added sugars that have adverse effects on our overall health and well-being..but I just can't stop eating my ice-cream, sodas and bread.
Consuming high quantities of refined sugars can cause persistent headaches, diabetes, overweight, obesity, inflammation and low immunity.
What are some of those processed foods that you find hard to quit?

This lockdown almost succeeded in making me addicted to a bottled fruit drink. However, one thing I'm good at is that, if I really want to come out of an addiction, I can make my mind strong and stick to my resolution. So now I've managed to do away with the habit successfully

@Mbenieve Just don't overthink about it. When we have achieved bigger things in life, this should not be a big deal at all. Take it easy! I'm sure you'll succeed

No problem you can consume but you should exercise as well

I find Samosa snacks and jalebi sweet most tempting to avoid.
